Rajesh Doshi – Chief Executive Officer
Rajesh is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Harmony Healthcare, leading the organisation with a clear vision to transform complex care in the community. With a background as a qualified accountant and over two decades of leadership experience, Rajesh combines strong financial acumen with a deep commitment to quality, innovation, and compassionate care.
Since founding Harmony Healthcare, Rajesh has driven its growth into a trusted, values-led provider known for excellence in service delivery and client outcomes. He is passionate about building sustainable, people-centred services that empower individuals to live safely, independently, and with dignity.
Dedicated to continuous improvement, Rajesh fosters a culture of high performance, collaboration, and care across the organisation. Outside of his professional role, he enjoys travelling, spending time with his family, and is a keen follower of cricket and football.
Dharmesh Patel – Director
Dharmesh brings over 15 years of experience in the healthcare sector, with the past decade spent in Director-level roles. As Co-Founder and Director of Harmony Healthcare, he plays a key role in shaping our vision to deliver compassionate, high-quality complex care within the community.
Dharmesh oversees our recruitment and compliance functions, ensuring that every member of our team upholds the high standards that define Harmony Healthcare’s reputation. Passionate about building a values-driven organisation, he is committed to ensuring we provide exceptional, person-centred care that truly makes a difference to the lives we support.
Outside of work, Dharmesh enjoys travelling and is a keen football fan.
Tracey Johnson – Director of Nursing & Operations
Tracey is an Adult Registered Nurse with over 20 years’ experience across the NHS and independent healthcare sectors. Since qualifying in 2003, she has worked in intensive care, emergency community nursing and complex care, progressing through senior roles including Clinical Case Manager, Clinical Lead and Director of Nursing.
She holds post-graduate qualifications in Mentorship, Acquired Brain Injury and Palliative Care, alongside a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. This combination of clinical and leadership experience supports her practical, person-centred approach to delivering high-quality complex care.
As Director of Nursing & Operations at Harmony Healthcare, Tracey leads clinical governance, clinical operations and service delivery. She works closely with the mobilisation and commercial teams to ensure new and existing packages are safely staffed, well managed and responsive to each client’s individual needs.
Tracey is committed to maintaining high standards, supporting colleagues to develop, and ensuring clients and families receive safe, compassionate and reliable care. Outside work, she enjoys swimming, football with her sons and spending time with her grandson.
Rachel Metzger – Registered Manager
Rachel is a Registered General Nurse with over 28 years’ experience across the NHS, independent healthcare and complex care sectors. She has a specialist background in neurological rehabilitation, acquired brain injury, spinal injury, end-of-life care and supporting adults and children with highly complex needs.
Throughout her career, Rachel has held senior clinical and operational leadership roles within leading complex care providers. She has worked closely with clinical teams, care coordinators, case managers, commissioners, multidisciplinary professionals and families to ensure care is safe, personalised and responsive to each individual’s needs.
Rachel has extensive experience in clinical governance, quality improvement, safeguarding, workforce development, service mobilisation and CQC compliance. She is committed to building capable teams and ensuring care is delivered consistently, effectively and with compassion.
As Registered Manager at Harmony Healthcare, Rachel oversees the safe and effective delivery of care, supporting the clinical and operational teams to provide a reliable, person-centred service for clients and their families.
