Care homes

We understand how important it is in a care home to have a team of compassionate and dedicated people providing a high standard of support. Our focus is on maintaining those high standards in order to ensure consistency of care for residents. Our outstanding team of carers and nurses are carefully selected and highly trained to provide support, comfort and companionship to older people, including those living with dementia.

Nursing homes

We provide nurses and carers to residential and nursing homes. Our nurses and carers can provide support for people in residential homes who need help with daily tasks, such as washing, dressing or eating, supporting clients when they are needed.

Hospitals

We can provide healthcare workers and nurses to fill in any gaps when hospitals need staff. As an approved supplier to the NHS working with many local authorities and Clinical Commissioning Groups. We work with NHS organisations nationwide to fill their healthcare worker needs with skilled and qualified individuals. So we have the right person for the job and can guarantee that they will provide unrivalled care to those who need it most.

Learning & Physical Disabilities

Harmony Healthcare work a wide range of learning disability organisations, providing care and support to people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism, challenging behaviour and complex needs. We understand how important it is for service users to be independent in the community, interacting with others and taking part in fun, interesting and stimulating activities. We know how disruption to routine can affect a service user’s wellbeing and this can be a challenge if your regular staff are unable to attend. Our dedicated consultants work with you to get to know your service and the personalities of your service users to ensure they are able to supply intuitive and proactive Support Workers that can make a significant and positive impact.

Children & Young Adults

Harmony Healthcare has recognised the recruitment needs for specialised workers at all levels within the Children’s and Young Adults sector. Our dedicated consultants liaise closely with our clients to understand not just the specific experience the candidate requires but also personality that would best suit the team and environment that the candidate will be working in. Harmony Healthcare specialist Mental Health division supplies staff to mental health groups, hospitals, hostels and care homes The dedicated mental health division supplies specialist staff in both the public and private sector on a permanent, contract or ad-hoc agency basis from skilled health care assistants to Nurses. Offering support to our clients within secure units, supported living services, hostels and homelessness centres, care homes and within the community, we understand who require different levels of support, and as such, recruit candidates who have an understanding of the impact and needs around service users living with mental health problems.
