Our care services range from popping in for an hour, to overnight care and a 24-hour service. Our care plan will be based on your needs and abilities, and our priority will be to give you as much independence as possible, while ensuring your needs are catered for.

What is the cost for elderly care?

The cost of elderly care will depend on your needs, including how many hours you are looking for. If you contact us, we will arrange a visit, where we will discuss your needs in much more detail and design a suitable plan.

Will I get the same carer every time?

We will do our best to ensure you have the same carer. If you have a range of needs, for instance, if you require some emergency care at short notice, we may need to assign a different carer to you. We will always do our best to team you up with someone that is a similar personality, and that we are sure you will get on well with. If we do assign a different carer, we will stick to the same team of carers for you.

Can I get the elderly care services as and when I wish?

Yes, we are completely flexible with the elderly care services we offer, if you only want to use them on an adhoc basis, perhaps when your family is unavailable, we can accommodate this. We deal with clients in a variety of circumstances, and always aim to meet the needs of our clients.
